Sahil Khan was born on Nov 5, in Kolkata. He started going to gym at the age of 13. His first coach was none other than Manohar Aich India’s first body builder. He arrived in Mumbai with a dream to represent India as a professional body builder and started training for this. However, his life took a turn when somebody from the Bollywood director N. Chandra’s family saw him at the gym and asked him to meet the director as he is casting for his upcoming movie. He went there and was signed to play the lead role in his cult film ÒSTYLE’. The movie went on to become a massive hit and Sahil has endeared himself to audiences all over. He also got to share the screen with Mr. Amitabh Bachchan in movie Aladin for which he feels truly blessed. But, He completely followed his passion irrespective of what people said. Fitness was what defined him and made him stand out. He turned his passion into profession and launched his signature company ‘SAHIL KHAN BODY TRANSFORMATION’.
Being a transformation coach, he aspires to educate and inspire people towards a common goal of healthy living. He created history by opening India’s first and only open air beach gym named ÒMUSCLE N BEACH GYMÓ, Goa. Sahil Khan has been honoured with various prestigious awards such as Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award for India’s fitness icon, Bharat Ratna for India’s Youth Icon, Fitness Icon for Asia’s biggest fitness show at ‘Sheru Classic India’ and many more.
He is the co-owner of numerous brands such as Hunk Water The Brand Deo Divine Nutrition, India Buyceps India.com My Fitness Peanut Butter Being India’s Aesthetic path breaker, he is blessed with huge fan following in India as well as abroad.
