About Uttarakhand Icon Award Season 3

To honour the people of the state who are making a positive contribution towards the development and welfare of society, Discover Uttarakhand Magazine and in association with Uttarakhand Tourism organized ‘ Uttarakhand Icon award 2023’ to recognize the icons from various fields in the state.
This premier event took place on 18th September, at the LP Vilas. The Event is Powered by LIC, this award show surely gave a much-needed appreciation to the icons who are just not the passive beneficiaries of development and spectators to programs and of policies that affect their development, but rather are integrally involved in the process of change as they continue to work side by side
Contributing to the state development.

The show began with the lighting of the lamp and Ganesh Vandana. Then the icons in the various fields were honored by Shri Satpal Ji Maharaj which was followed by the launch of Discover Uttarakhand Magazine’s September edition, which is dedicated to Uttarakhand tourism, that has undergone a massive positive transformation under the leadership of visionary leader, Shri Satpal Ji Maharaj.

The show organizers Mr Ashutosh Kumar Mishra , inspected this show to recognize the icons of the state. They feel it’s necessary to felicitate the abundance of talents we have across our state. Also, the smooth execution of this award show was possible due to the support of the sponsors who believed in their vision. The Hospitality Partner for this show was LP Vilas.

This show was attended by the eminent personalities of the state. This event was a great success in the field of recognizing the icons of the state. Uttarakhand Icon Award, illustrated the depth and breadth of talent, commitment and creativity that exists among the people across the state.
Surely, this will Motivate, encourage and challenge the people of the state to set high standards for their work/service at community, national or regional levels.
