Santla Devi

Santla devi

Situated just 10km away from the main city, this revered shrine is among the most visited pilgrimage sites in Dehradun. Dedicated to Goddess Santala, this temple is perched in the Santur mountains. A steep trek of about 2.5 km, which takes around 45 minutes is filled with mesmerizing views of the natural beauty. The trek may seem the tiring one, but once you reach the top, it’s all worth it. Noon river flowing beneath this temple adds to its natural beauty. Also, you can enjoy your picnic sideways to the river.
