She was born and brought up in Assam but eventually settled in Dehradun. As makeup was always her passion, she learnt this art at a very young age. And after gathering experience from several fields, she went ahead to fulfil her vision of opening a chain of salons and academies. Her sole purpose behind the academy is to help needy women and girls by imparting skills to them.

Of course, this journey of turning her dream into reality was not that easy. To add more to it, this pandemic worsens the situation. But with her clear vision and unconditional love, support and blessings of her family, she never stopped working towards her goal. Thanks to her mother who inspires Indira with her never giving up attitude. With her utmost honesty towards her work, she has been able to add many feathers to her cap. She has created iconic looks for various celebrities and has currently three branches across the city. But this doesn’t stop her from putting her best foot forward again. She still feels there is a long way to go as she wants to establish her chain of salons abroad as well.
